No idea if this will work, or not. Currently there are two options: subscribe via RSS or via email. The former was already available &#8212; see the little orange-and-white icon at the top of the sidebar menu, to the left of <strong>Hats Recently Chased<\/strong>? As for the latter, well, we&#8217;ll see. (I&#8217;m testing it myself with this post.)<\/p>\n<p>For the record, not that you&#8217;re cynical or anything, I&#8217;m not taking it for granted that a lot of people actually want one or the other option. But I had a query about it just the other day (&#8220;How do I get notified when there&#8217;s a new post?&#8221;), and promised to look into it. If you do want either option, well, there it is.<\/p>\n<p>(Supposedly, the email which will tell subscribers that a new post is available will be sent out between 3:00 and 5:00 PM (Eastern time) on the day the post appears. Again, we&#8217;ll see!)<\/p>\n<h3>Update 2011-11-19:<\/h3>\n<p>Email subscription process seems to work just fine. If you use it, let me know if you encounter any problems or have suggestions.
